That is about to change, however, as the Festival of the Lion King at Disney's Animal Kingdom is expected to open this summer! (Although no specific dates have been released at this time).
Located at the Harambe Theatre, this fan-favorite show will be keeping physical distancing in mind as it is presented in a modified format. The performers themselves will be using choreography that allows for proper distancing. The audience will also be distanced, as the show will modify how they seat guests upon arrival.
Not to fear though! These changes will not take away from the joy of this show and your favorite musical numbers. It is sure to be an amazing comeback for this beloved entertainment experience!
