The Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts begins today, January 8th and with it comes a fun food experience that ends with a free treat!
To participate in the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine, guests can pick up a Festival Passport and use it to collect a stamp after purchasing each speciality item on the list!
There are 5 dishes in total, each representative of a different color! This walk can be completed at your leisure, just bring your Festival Passport each time you visit between now and February 22nd (when the festival ends!).
Below are the 5 colorful dishes featured in this walk:
RED
Located at the Festival Favorites booth in the World Showplace building, is Remy's Ratatouille! This dish includes eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes and red peppers.
ORANGE
Head over to Mosaic Canteen in the Morocco Pavilion to find Mouskoutchou! This dish features an orange cake filled with cinnamon-orange chocolate mousse.
GREEN
Also located in World Showplace is The Painter's Palate booth! Here, you can find a delicious pistachio cake with morello cherries and cherry mousse.
BLUE
NEW to the festival this year is the Vivante and Vívido booth! You can find this booth between the Morocco and France pavilions. It will feature the blue corn pupusa which is stuffed with cheese and topped with pork, cabbage slaw, aji amarillo crema and guajilo and árbol chile sauce!
PINK
Perhaps the most artistic dish in the walk is the rose shaped panna cotta! Located at the Masterpiece Kitchen in the Canada Pavilion, this aesthetically pleasing treat is infused with flavors of vanilla, rose water and pistachio.
After trying each of the 5 dishes listed above, guests can head over to the Decadent Delights Food Studio across from the Port of Entry Shop in World Showcase to get their prize! Once they've shown their completed Festival Passport with stamps, guests will receive a complimentary artist palette cookie!
